Before you upload
- Upload only files you have the legal right to upload and have printed.
- We don’t print anything illegal, sexually explicit, hateful or threatening, or anything that copies someone else’s photo, artwork, logo or character without permission. School or classroom use doesn’t automatically make copying allowed.
- You must be at least 18 to upload. K-12 students must not upload files themselves; an adult uploads and orders for them.
- If your file shows people, get the permissions the law or your school requires.
- A person on our print team checks every file before we print it. We can refuse any print job, and if we refuse an order you’ve paid for, we refund it in full.
- We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to the police.
- We delete your original file as soon as our system has checked it. Files you don’t order are deleted after 7 days. We never use your files in our marketing. How we handle your files

Preview
Screens show colour differently from paper. Prints can look different, especially very bright blues, greens and neon colours.
Your poster
Custom prints are made to order from your file, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind. If a print arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll reprint it or refund it, whichever you choose, under our Custom Poster Print Limited Warranty.
